Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • Incorrect product is delivered

Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and order details.

Non-Returnable Products

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Clearance or sale items

Refund Process

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.


📄 Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Orders cannot be cancelled once production or dispatch has started. Customized products cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
